Service Club
The Jackson
Prep Service Club is open to students in the 10th, 11th,
and 12th grades. This year
the deadline for joining the club is October 1, 2008.
The
requirements for maintaining membership are that the student must complete 15
hours of community service each semester.
Five of those 15 hours must be completed each semester in a Service Club
project. There are several ongoing club projects
in which students may participate.
Additionally, students must attend a minimum of four Service Club
meetings during the year. Failure to
meet these requirements means that the student may not list Service Club on
his/her resume.
